What is Platinum TapWyse Service?

We are a service company who happens to make great software. As a Platinum member, you are paired with a designated Customer Success Expert for guided onboarding followed by regular consultative sessions focused on maximizing the value of your membership programs and implementing industry-leading app marketing best practices.

What happens after I sign up?

Welcome to the TapWyse family! Once you join, your designated Customer Success Expert will reach out to connect on the next steps. We'll guide you through your initial app configuration by setting up your custom branding and app content with you. Once you approve, we build your app and submit everything to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store for you.

How long does it take to launch my app?

The exact length can vary but, the typical timeline is around 30 days. This includes the time needed to set up your Apple Developer Account and for our team to build your customized app, your review and approval, and the mandatory review periods required by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Why do I need my own Apple Developer Account?

To maintain full ownership and control of your brand, Apple requires each business to host their app on an individual Apple Developer Account. This ensures that you own your data, your listing, and your relationship with your members, instead of being tied to a third-party.

Why do I need my own Stripe Account?

We utilize Stripe to ensure all membership revenue goes directly into your bank account. By using your own account, you maintain total transparency over your transactions, benefit from industry-leading security, and have immediate access to your funds without any middleman delays.

What if I want to switch plans?

You can switch anytime. Just let us know you'd like to change. We will stop billing on your current plan and move you to your new one. If your new plan has an initiation fee then this can be paid when you move to your new plan.

How do I cancel my service?

You can cancel your service at any time. To cancel, please email cheers@tapwyse.com. After cancellation, your service will remain active through the duration of your current term or contract. After that you will no longer be billed, your service will be deactivated and your app will be removed from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
